We have welcomed Anesh Patel to Feedback Medical Limited as our new Chief Financial Officer.

The appointment of Anesh as Chief Financial Officer comes as current Lindsay Melvin, current CFO of Feedback PLC sets to retire in H2 2021.

Anesh has joined the team as part of a succession planning programme following Lindsay Melvin’s decision to retire during H2 2021. Anesh will work alongside Lindsay in the coming months to ensure a smooth and orderly transition.

Anesh Patel joins us from hVIVO Limited, a subsidiary of AIM-listed Open Orphan plc. hVIVO is a rapidly growing, industry-leading, clinical services provider to pharma, biotech, and government organisations. At hVIVO he was most recently finance & corporate projects director. Prior to hVIVO, he spent seven years in investment banking where he specialised in corporate finance advisory services. During this time he worked at leading banks including Société Générale and Standard Bank. Anesh started his professional career with Ernst & Young in 2004 where he qualified as a chartered accountant. He initially worked within the audit & assurance division before transferring to the transaction advisory services. This is a transaction support team for private equity clients. He graduated from University College London (UCL) and holds an MSci (Hons) degree in Mathematics with Economics.
