Dr Tom Oakley joins Feedback plc as Chief Executive Officer. Dr Oakley is a qualified radiologist with significant clinical and academic experience, he also holds a successful track record of entrepreneurial activity. This includes serving as Director of NHS services at Synergix Health, where he led the launch of telemedicine services to 40,000 patients. In 2016, he founded Innovation Doctor Ltd, aimed at exploring the digital healthcare space and supporting digital start-ups and SMEs. As Medical Director of 3D LifePrints, a medical 3D printing company, he has helped expand their services into 20 NHS trusts.

Mike is Technical Director for Feedback Medical and has been key in developing the Cadran and TexRAD platforms. He started his career as a medical physicist at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge where he took his MSc in Radiation Physics. From there he worked on cardiac imaging at Papworth Hospital before forming Cambridge Computed Imaging Ltd (currently Feedback Medical Ltd) in 2001. Mike has an established track record bringing novel imaging techniques to the market, collaborating with Kodak, GE and Siemens.

Dr Brown completed his Solid State Physics PhD at the University of Cambridge, and then worked at Papworth Hospital as a medical imaging researcher. He formed Cambridge Computed Imaging Limited in 2001 with Mike, where he was architect of Cadran and directed the certification of Medical Devices. In 2014, Dr Brown guided the company to ISO 13485 certification, enabling the manufacture of high quality Medical Device software products. Stephen is the systems architect and manages our Regulatory and Quality Management Systems.

Anesh graduated from University College London (UCL) and holds an MSci. (Hons) degree in Mathematics with Economics. Anesh brings a wide range of corporate and commercial finance experience, having started his professional career with Ernst & Young where he qualified as a chartered accountant, before entering investment banking corporate finance advisory roles for leading institutions including Société Générale and Standard Bank. Prior to joining Feedback Medical, Anesh was Finance and Corporate Projects Director for hVIVO Limited, a subsidiary of AIM-listed Open Orphan plc and a rapidly growing, industry-leading, clinical services provider to pharma, biotech, and government organisations.

Product Manager

Antoine Saillant is a Data Scientist at Feedback Medical, interested in using digital innovation to improve systems within the healthcare sector. His role predominantly involves analysing and assessing new imaging algorithms, whilst assisting the marketing team on the development of new products. Prior to joining Feedback Medical in February 2019, Antoine worked as a Research Scientist for Siemens Healthcare in the UK and the US. He holds a Computer Science and Applied Maths MSc from Grenoble Institute of Technology and a PhD in Engineering from the University of Oxford.

Her role is responsible for managing and developing a high-performance support team delivering success for our clients.

Tara has previously been Director of Support Services as well as in application support and service desk manager roles at Zellis for over 11 years. She has also worked at Capita, Hexcel and Logotron during her career.
