We are particularly proud to have recently announced that Bleepa is the first product of its kind to secure CE Marking in compliance with the Medical Device Directive, having met the stringent criteria associated with the manufacture of a medical device.

The position

In your role as Accounts and Administrative Assistant, you will assist with the day-to-day admin and accounting areas of our business. Areas of responsibility include:

  • Preparing Invoices, sending Invoices to clients and chasing late payments.
  • Providing purchase order information to internal stakeholders in order to assist with placing orders according to budget
  • Responsible for keeping the accounting system (Xero) up-to-date, and editing templates where required
  • Maintain virtual office filing systems
  • Assisting with the management of the CRM
  • Providing sales costs and quotes
  • Tracking and paying company and employee expenses
  • Responsible for overseeing the holiday matrix
  • Completing supplier payments and keeping track of recurring payment schedules

Experience

The position

As a Social Media & PR Executive, you will ensure that the company’s social platforms are generating quality engagement, which drives new and ensures the brand is well represented in new and existing markets.

  • Developing, with the broader marketing team, an innovative, multi-channel social media plan around driving brand awareness & industry engagement
  • Implement and co-ordinate the social media and PR strategy, focusing on our existing social media channels, whilst researching new social media platforms and assessing suitability.
  • Execution of all social media activities
  • Collaborate with the Technical teams to develop copy for use across a range of platforms
  • Engaging with external media organisations to offer content aligned to the publication’s editorial focus

The position

As the Marketing and Communications Lead, you will be fully responsible for devising and executing the marketing and communications strategy. Using your excellent communication skills and knowledge of marketing channels, you will be critical in promoting the Feedback Medical company, the Bleepa product and be key to the overall brand development

  • Identifying, developing and executing the marketing initiatives across a range of marketing channels
  • Writing engaging technical copy and designing content for all communication requirements
  • Working in conjunction with the Business Development teams to support major campaigns and to launch new product features
  • Provide external partner agencies with in-depth project briefs and manage the execution of said projects
  • Create and support the continual evolution of Feedback Medical’s “voice”, and with overall brand development strategies
  • Manage video production or the commissioning of video production
  • Oversee the Social and PR functions through the management of a Social and PR Executive

Experience

The Position

As the Technical Product Owner, you will have a central role in supporting the development of the Bleepa product. In this role, you will:

  • Work on the long-term product roadmap by assisting with the vision and the long-term strategy of the company, and into actionable items with clear objectives and milestones.
  • Support the Head of Product Management to communicate with the different stakeholders at the appropriate level: e.g. report the progress of the development team to marketing and executive teams / translate the feedbacks and needs from customers into specific development plan / integrate regulatory constraints into product development for final commercialization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team by providing key messages on how Bleepa differentiates from competitors.
  • Work with the Engagement Managers to help with the transition from implementation stage to business as usual
  • Work with key customers to create reference sites which will assess the latest development of Bleepa and help deliver the key messages of our company.
  • Gather feedback from development team and assist in some strategic choices in the development of the product.

Experience

  • A proven track record of working within a similar role is essential.

Role and Responsibilities.

You will be responsible for integrating the Bleepa product into Healthcare environments.  To do this you’ll talk with different IT and governance teams, along with other key external stakeholders, to understand their integration requirements from both a technical and operational perspective. You will then deliver robust, secure and compliant integrations using a variety of methodologies

  • Acting as a point of contact with external IT & governance teams, you will take the time to assess and understand the user requirements and integration roadblocks
  • Completing full system integrations – web-based, database and messaging integrations
  • Install, configure, test all HL7 linkages for the clients Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS)
  • Ensure all integrations are compliant with all internal and external regulations
  • Set-up and maintenance of Microsoft SQL servers
  • Assist in the investigation & resolution of any issues with the Bleepa integration in a timely manner, collaborating with other technical functions where needed
  • Write and update technical documentation relating to each client integration

 

Experience

  • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly clinical workflow processes and procedures
  • Experience integrating a new digital product into a healthcare environment
  • Good understanding of RDBMS databases, in particular knowledge of SQL and ability to work with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Previous experience working with HL7 standards
  • Hold a valid UK driver’s licence and be able to drive to client sites on an infrequent basis

The position

As they key & first point of contact between Bleepa (Feedback Medical) and the customer/client, your role will be responsible for managing the client relationship from pilot stage through to full implementation and beyond; to business as usual. Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of Bleepa on time, within budget and delivered to the client’s expectations.

  • Working with the client representatives, you’ll seek to secure a comprehensive understanding of customer need and challenges, their business objectives and how they define success, to ensure that we are exceeding expectations and developing valued solutions utilising our flagship product, Bleepa.
  • Lead individuals, teams or multiple stakeholder groups which are frequently varied and play an active role in developing strong relationships, analysing project goals, creating a deployment plan to achieve those goals, and then driving the team members, customer stakeholders/SMEs and third parties to deliver
  • Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
  • Responsible for guiding new customers through the process of planning and managing the implementation of medical technology while overseeing projects from start to finish and leading on the day to day execution of project plans
  • Build robust and long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. clinicians/clinical leaders, technical and healthcare management, C-suite) in order to identify and develop further commercial growth opportunities through key account management
  • Contribute to business development activities at all stages, ensuring the business development team are selling the Bleepa solution within the technical capabilities of the product
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive engagement

Experience

  • Educated to a degree level, ideally in the medical/healthcare field but other backgrounds will be considered
  • High levels of communication, both written and verbal with good numeracy skills
  • Holding a project management qualification – PMP, Prince2 or equivalent
  • Experience of dealing with clinicians and healthcare professionals, and can communicate accordingly
  • The ability to understand client motivations, and to tailor your approach accordingly
  • Hold a valid UK driver’s License and can visit client site infrequently
